SOLVED - PROBLEM CONNECTING YOUR USB MODEM IN WINDOWS 10?

Hello again everyone. Since the final version of windows 10 have been launched, the bugs that it has contained have started to show up. This could be because of the hurry that Microsoft has shown in launching this so called best Windows ever.
One of the most irritating problem is while connecting your modem to your computer. When
everything is going alright and you have done everything right while installing your modem when you try connecting it, it would not be detected. What the fuck is that???
Anyway here is the solution to the problem....."RESTART".
Now SERIOUSLY what is going on with Microsoft? Why is windows not accepting your modem at first but after restart it does. Unfortunately there is no official answer from the Microsoft over this but until any fix or updates come from Microsoft we have to simply follow the alternate methods for doing our work.

Note: When you restart the windows will start slowly instead follow these steps:
  1. Shutdown your system,
  2. Connect your USB modem when the system is off.
  3. Now turn on the system. Your modem should be detected now.
You have to follow these steps each time you connect your modem. And guys let me know if it works for you.
And as soon as I get any permanent solution to the problem I will post it here. Good Luck....
